5 Common Symptoms of Poor Posture

Good posture is very important when it comes to a healthy, comfortable life.  Chiropractors help you maintain one.  Many individuals do not fully appreciate the value of good posture.  A lot of our clients come to us with major complications, that could have been avoided if they had fixed the smaller issues in their posture before things worsened. We wish to educate you on the importance of good posture and how it can relieve many annoying aches and pains you may be experiencing. What people fail to realize is that body posture is the root of many of the simplest and even the complex of all health issues, in one way or another.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, it would be a wise idea to get your posture evaluated to see if that is causing any of the complications.  Fortunately, a few relatively simple exercises with Dr. Colquitt can help in restore body posture and eliminate any problems associated with it.
